These were two very large conjoined townhouses that were converted into 20No. luxury apartments.

The building were stripped back and were given a full make over throughout.

New incoming supplies were installed by UKPN with all work from this point carried out by ourselves.

Each flat was finished to a high standard with expensive lighting and ancillaries throughout.

The landlords areas were fully refurbished complete with new lighting, fire alarms etc.

This was a very high end project and was extremely time critical but was finished on budget and on time.
